The brief
Дюкян is ours - not a client's. After Inntelligent and a handful of other ERP and SaaS platforms, we kept running into the same pattern: most retail software is stuck in an old interface, hard to integrate with anything else, overcomplicated for the size of business running it, or sold on a pricing model that punishes you for trying it - a long contract, a steep setup fee, real cost before you've rung up a single sale.
So in 2026 we started building the platform we thought retail actually needed: modern, modular, and priced for what you use rather than what you might one day grow into. Pay for a till, not for a licence.
Like Inntelligent, it has to flex to fit the business running it - a single till behind a bakery counter and a chain running dedicated warehouses both need to feel like the software was built specifically for them.

Most retail software wins the contract once and stops trying. We wanted a product that has to keep earning the subscription every single month.
What's in the platform
One system for the till, the stock room, the kitchen and the books - modular, so a shop only turns on what it needs.
Point of sale
Sell on any screen - tablet, old PC or counter terminal - with cash drawer, scale, label printer and barcode gun working the moment they're plugged in.
Inventory
One catalogue across every shop and warehouse. A price change or a stock count lands everywhere within seconds, not at end of day.
Receipts & VAT
Fiscal receipts and VAT handling built for Bulgaria and the wider EU from day one, not bolted on for a single market.
Staff
Clock-ins, commissions and shift summaries, so payroll isn't a separate spreadsheet nobody trusts.
Suppliers
Auto-orders, deliveries and returns, so a shop running low doesn't find out from an empty shelf.
Production
Bills of materials, batch traceability and recipes for the businesses that make what they sell, not just resell it.
Payments
Cards, cash, vouchers and store credit on the same screen, reconciled the same way regardless of how the customer paid.
Reports
Readable reports instead of raw exports - sales by shop, by hour, by item, by till, without a spreadsheet in between.
eCommerce
Stock and orders synced with Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, so the webstore and the till never disagree about what's in stock.
How we're building it
Not a client handoff with a deadline - a product we're building, launching and then living with ourselves.
Learning from Inntelligent
Multi-tenant architecture, modular features and a platform built to take years of expansion - the same foundation that worked for Inntelligent, applied to retail instead of hospitality.
Core platform first
POS, inventory, fiscal compliance and payments built and hardened before anything else - the parts a shop can't open without.
Hardware that already exists
Certified drivers for the scales, printers, drawers and barcode scanners already sitting on shop counters, so switching platforms doesn't mean buying new hardware.
Launching October 2026
The platform is in active development now, with a public launch planned for October 2026.

There's no client to hand this back to. Every shortcut we don't take is one we'll be the ones living with after launch.
Stack & infrastructure
A monorepo built the same way we'd want to hand off to someone else - a shared backend, a public website on the same stack as our own, and an admin/POS front end built for staff who don't want to think about software.
Where it stands now
Дюкян is in active development, built on the same multi-tenant foundation and modular thinking that shaped Inntelligent. Public launch is planned for October 2026.
